At Wavelyfashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward return policy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any damage, stains, or odors
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
How to Return
Step 1: Contact us through your customer account or reply to your order confirmation email to initiate a return.
Step 2: We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Step 3: Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
Step 4: Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping labels for all returns within the United States. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
